At Deckchair Care we are passionate about delivering the best possible care.

We know that choosing a care provider is a significant decision – that’s why we work closely with families, offering reassurance, open communication, and consistent, high-quality care delivered by experienced and compassionate professionals. To us, care is more than a service — it is a partnership built on trust, warmth, and genuine commitment to helping people live safely, comfortably, and confidently at home.

 

Deckchair Care are based in Cheadle, Stockport and offer care-at-home throughout South Manchester and East Cheshire. We remain an independent, private care-provider, dedicated to delivering compassionate and person-centred support.  For over eight years, we have been proudly supporting individuals and families in our community, building trusted relationships rooted in kindness, respect, and understanding.

We have been operating since 2017 and have completed over 120,000 appointments with a team of around 25 carers.

Kind and Caring

Our Carers are recruited to the highest standard. We directly employ our care team – choosing not to use agency staff – recruiting people who are kind and have a real desire to make a difference in their daily role.

Our care team have many attributes, all bringing something valuable to both our team and our client family. Many of our carers have experience of caring for members of their own family, so also understand the importance of a person-centred approach.

We pride ourselves on our empathy and putting people at ease. We get everything done, but also make time for a chat! We have designed and operate a secure real-time web portal, so relatives can get receive updates on the latest visits, which offers peace of mind.
